Ardleigh Landscaping Project When we first embarked on this project like most people I guess we were really concerned about the “cowboy builders” thing we knew what we wanted the architect had done a great job with the plans but who to trust? Jeremy and the Footings team were recommended to us by the architect along with 2 other builders and following a meeting with all 3 we made our choice. Jeremy from the start came over as very professional, willing to listen and to provide ideas with a good understanding from that first meeting that he could deliver what we wanted. His quote although not the cheapest covered all aspects of the build and quality we wanted and on a huge project (virtually rebuilding the house from within) we were comfortable that he and his team could do the work in the time scale required to the agreed price.

The team were always polite and pleasant always arrived on time and did not leave until the day’s work was complete. We were very impressed at the way they worked together to deliver our dream house and as the days turned into weeks we built a very strong relationship with them all. Most importantly as the build went forward nothing was too much trouble and even as certain things changed they worked with us to ensure we were happy as to what was being done. We had regular weekly update meetings with Jeremy and this gave us the confidence that all was going well because at some stages we really did wonder just how it would come together? The fixtures and fittings were all to the standard we required with very few changes we were happy with what we were getting.

As the build moved forwards, lorries, vans, men and machinery came and went but all under control at no point did we feel that we had got it wrong the Footing’s team gave us total support and information as each part of the project was done. Always happy to discuss any concerns the guys did a great job for us and we now a year on have a wonderful new home built to the specification we wanted that we are very proud off. Our “new home” is a complete transformation from the old one with the overall finish and build quality being to a very high specification. We would have no hesitation in recommending the Footings Direct team to anyone and I think the words great job delivered on time to budget cover it all.
